2008 Scholarship Application

This Scholarship is available to any graduating High School Senior who resides in either Hamilton or Washington Township and plans to continue his / her education, by attending either a College, Vocational or Technical School.

Each candidate must meet the following criteria:

Be a Graduating Senior who is continuing his or her education.
Describe active participation in Community Service.
Write and attach a 250 word essay entitled: “Vision for My Future – How I will use my education to improve my community.” All essays must be typed.
Describe plans for continuing education.
At the end of the first year of school, recipient is requested to present a short (not more than 5 minute) talk to the Hamilton / Washington Sunrise Rotary Club on his / her first year experience in their new school.

All grants will range from $250 dollars to a maximum of $1000 dollars.
All graduating students are eligible as long they plan to continue their education.
Documentation supporting community service activities is recommended.
